The machine condition monitoring process includes the following procedures:
- vibration measurements
- belt tension measurements
- temperature and rotational speed monitoring
- electrical discharge detection
All of the above services are performed exclusively using high-end measurement instruments manufactured by SKF.
Mana Omerzu d.o.o. is also the only company in Slovenia certified by SKF for the design, installation, and commissioning of online condition monitoring systems.
Online systems provide continuous machine condition monitoring, enabling automated supervision and delivering up-to-date data that helps optimise the performance of critical production assets.
